Candlelight Catering has been in business for 15 years. It is owned and operated by Doug Handbury who graduated from SAIT in 1982 in Professional Cooking and has his Interprovincial Red Seal. We are currently the official caterer of the Al Azar Shrine Centre. Candlelight Catering is also a member of the Better Business Bureau. We provide corporate breakfasts, lunches, appetizers, banquets, and all other events. Candlelight Catering's motto is "Served Fresh, Served Right". We always use the freshest produce and ingredients available.

Joey's Only offers a wide variety of seafood favorites including Salmon, Shrimp, Crab, Calamari, Scallops, Mussels and Sole to name a few. Joey's Famous Fish & Chips are hand-cut and hand-battered with a choice of Pollock, Haddock or Halibut. Each seafood dish is cooked your way — poached, sautéed in Lemon, blackened or lightly fried in Joey's delicious golden batter.
